The 5 Simple Pillars
The ARC Recovery Programme has 5 simple pillars that guide what we do:
1: BE HONEST. Honesty is going to be key to succeeding with ARC Fitness. Whether it’s with: Your recovery; Your struggles; Your nutrition or your training. We are here to help, NOT judge.
2: HAVE RESPECT. Be helpful and supportive to other members. If you feel you can help, DO. Everyone has their struggles, be mindful of that.
3: KEEP SHOWING UP. Discipline creates the space for positive change to happen. Show up, be consistent and have patience.
4: SMILE AND ENJOY IT! It’s not a military boot camp. It is important to us that you enjoy your time here and feel safe. Recovery doesn’t have to be miserable. If you enjoy it, you will probably stick at it.
5: ASK QUESTIONS. I’m a firm believer in you can never ask too many questions. If you are unsure of something or want to know more about anything then please ask. I promise to answer them as best as possible.
