6 Week recovery Programme
The vision of ARC Fitness is help others by promoting a healthy and sustainable recovery through the application of exercise and positive lifestyle choices. This offer is open to people either in recovery from drug/alcohol addiction or beginning their journey. It is open to all levels of fitness.
ARC's 6 week Recovery Programme consists of the following:
▪ Initial screening and goal planning.
▪ 2 x Small group training sessions per week (max 6 people).
▪ 2 x Running Therapy Sessions by Qualified Counselor & Running Therapist.
▪ 2 x Boxing sessions by Qualified Boxing Coach.
▪ 1 x Individual Active 1-1 Therapy Session.
▪ FREE Restorative Yoga Session.
▪ Modified training to suit all fitness levels.
▪ Weekly Evidence-based recovery content.
▪ Personal Online Support & Guidance.
▪ Online Accountability Group.
▪ Health & Wellness advice.
▪ Addiction Recovery Signposting.
